The rental market continues to be very active. There has been some lowering of prices here in Danbury but not in all areas.  Good credit scores are still very desirable as are non smokers.  Desirable properties will go very quickly so if you see a potential place it is critical to move quickly.  It is a good idea to have your credit checked before you begin your search in order to save time.

Most owners are looking for first and last months rent plus a month security deposit.  Some owners will take pets with an additional security desposit to cover the possible pet damage.
