I think it is important when you choose a Realtor to know something about the person. I am in my third career. First, I spent 28 years with IBM, then 12 years as a Customer Service consultant and now 4 as a Realtor. I have been married to Sheila for 45 years and we have 4 children, 2 dogs and a cat. I have been a resident of Danbury since 1970 with the exception of two years. I currently live in a Candlewood Lake community which has been a wonderful place to raise our family. I have always been involved in my church and community, whether it was Soccer, Bingo or Home Owners Association. Currently I am involved in the Knights of Columbus , Handy Dandy Handy Men, Newtown Genealogy Club as well as several Realtor Associations. With our children raised and on their own, it gives me time to focus on my customers and to be involved in the community. I am very proud to be President Elect for 2010 of the Greater Fairfield Women's Council of Realtors. Each transaction I complete results in a donation to the Food Bank serving that area. I also love to learn new technologies. The Internet has drastically changed how we communicate and I believe it is critical to offer a web site, Facebook and all the new "social networking" tools that are available.
